Honor your veteran friend or family member by participating in a Bays Mountain Yoga Hike. This hike features a 1.7-mile, out-and-back portion of the Lake Road and Azalea Trails that will take approximately 70 minutes, yoga included. The amphitheater and other stops along the way are utilized to teach standing yoga poses that will challenge and develop your strength, flexibility and balance.  Please wear clothing that will allow you to move and stretch comfortably.  Feel free to bring water.

The hike will depart from behind the Nature Center.  Please arrive at least five minutes prior to the hike time.

For ages 16 years and up, the cost is $5 per person and all ability levels are welcome.

Pre-registration is required and is limited to 10 people.
