Primitive Camping Area
Overnight camping is permitted for scout groups and recognized organizations and only in designated areas. The fee is $50.00 per group per night.

Fishing from the Dam
Fish Species
Currently, there are 6 known fish species in the lake:
Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Warmouth, Redear Sunfish, Yellow Bullhead and Mosquito Fish.
Days and Times
June 1 through August 31 – Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
September 1 through May 31 – Monday or Saturday only from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Age Limits
Fishers must be 15 years old or younger, or 55 years old and over.
No one ages 16-54 may fish.
Rules
Fishing is only allowed from the walkway of the dam.
Any legal lure or bait may be used, except live minnows.
All state regulations, including size and possession limits, apply.
A valid Tennessee fishing license is required.
No taking of turtles is allowed.
