You can access the Park’s map in two ways. Both are free and have different uses:
- The PDF version allows quick access to the map from your phone or computer. Use the button below. Just download and view.
- The Avenza version uses a free app viewer commonly used for most state and federal park maps. Its benefit is that it uses your phone’s GPS receiver to show your position.
How to use the Avenza version:
- Download the app: Search for “Avenza Maps: Offline Mapping”
Once the Avenza app is open:
- Click on the “Store” shopping cart icon at the bottom.
- Search for “Bays Mountain Park Trail Map.”
- Click on the map preview. You’ll see that it is free to download and use.
- Click on the green, FREE button to download.
- Click on the “My Maps” icon on the bottom to access the map.
- If you are already a user of Avenza, you can organize your maps into separate folders.
- Once the map is open, it will show your position! You can add waypoints, track your path and more.
