Welcome the Spring at Bays Mountain Park with an afternoon Yoga class at the Pavilion. Enjoy challenging your body in active poses that build strength through concentric, eccentric and isometric muscle contractions in a flow format (first 30 minutes). Balance and flexibility will also be emphasized. The final half of the class will feature restorative yoga poses and will end with a relaxation section. Please bring your own yoga mat and water and wear exercise clothing. Cost is $6 per person. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon.
