Bays Mountain Yoga Programs

Join in Bays Mountain’s Yoga Program by participating in a Mommy/Daddy and Me Yoga class. The nature-themed yoga class features poses that challenge young people to imitate animals and objects in the Bays Mountain environment.
Enjoy practicing these poses with your child as participants learn to stretch and strengthen their bodies while building coordination and flexibility.
Classes are geared to children aged 2-6 years old. Please limit 2 children per parent. The cost is $10 per adult and $5 per child. Registration is limited. Please bring your own mat and water. The program will take place at the Pavilion. If the weather is not favorable, the program will be held indoors.
