Enjoy Bays Mountain’s Farmstead Museum while by participating in a yoga class on March 11 from 11 am-12 pm. This yoga class features poses that challenge students to build strength and flexibility while also working balance and coordination skills. The class will further incorporate a rest and restore portion (15 -20 minutes) that includes stretching and breathing exercises. Designed for all levels, modifications will be offered. Cost is $5 per adult and registration is limited. Please bring your own mat and water. We look forward to seeing you!
