Join in Bays Mountain’s yoga program by participating in a St. Patrick’s Day Yoga Hike. You are invited to wear green if you wish. This hike features a 1.7-mile, out and back portion of the Lakeside Trail that will take approximately 70 minutes, yoga included. The trail bridges are utilized to teach standing yoga poses while challenging your strength, flexibility and balance. Please wear exercise clothing appropriate for the weather. Cost is $5 per person and all levels are welcome. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon. We look forward to seeing you!
