Celebrate Labor Day with your Bays Mountain friends and participate in a Yoga Hike. This hike features a 1.7-mile, out and back portion of the Lakeside Trail that will take approximately 70 minutes, yoga included. The trail bridges are utilized to teach standing yoga poses while challenging your strength, flexibility and balance. Isometric core work will be emphasized while hiking. Cost is $6 per person and all levels are welcome. Please wear exercise clothing and plan to meet outside the Nature Center. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon.
