Holiday Partner Yoga at the Farmstead Museum
To celebrate the holidays, Bays Mountain Park will offer a fun-filled Partner Yoga class on December 2nd at 11 a.m. Join us for a unique class designed to provide opportunities to enhance communication between you and a partner or friend. At the same time, enjoy challenging your body in active poses that build strength, balance and flexibility. This class will end with a relaxation and meditative section. Feel free to bring your spouse, significant other, daughter/son or a good friend. Please bring your own yoga mat and water and wear exercise clothing. Cost is $6 per person. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon.
