Join a naturalist as we examine the ways human history and natural history have intertwined over the centuries. Explore how humans have adapted to conditions of climate and geology on Bays Mountain, as well as how human activity has changed the forests and wildlife found here. This will be a short easy walk (less than a mile) outdoors near the lake and nature center. Please wear sturdy/comfortable shoes and bring water to drink. Meet below the balcony behind the Nature Center. Cost is $5 per person. No discount for members.
