Remember your veteran friend or family member by participating in a Bays Mountain Yoga Hike. This hike features a 2-mile, out and back portion of the Lake Road and Azalea Trails that will take approximately 70 minutes, yoga included. The amphitheater and other stops along the way are utilized to teach standing yoga poses that will challenge and develop your strength, flexibility and balance. Cost is $6 per person and all levels are welcome. Please wear exercise clothing and plan to meet outside the Nature Center. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon.
