Valentine’s Day Partner Yoga at the Farmstead Museum

In recognition of Valentine’s Day, Bays Mountain Park will offer a fun-filled Partner Yoga class on February 12 at 3pm. Join us for a unique class designed to provide opportunities to enhance communication between you and a partner or friend. At the same time, enjoy challenging your body in poses that build strength, balance and flexibility. Each class will end with a relaxation and meditative section. Feel free to bring your spouse, significant other, daughter/son or a good friend. Please bring your own yoga mat and water. Cost is $5 per person. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon.
