Enjoy the early Spring weather by participating in a Bays Mountain Yoga Hike. This hike features a 2-mile out and back portion of the Lake Road and Azalea Trails that will take approximately 70 minutes, yoga included. The amphitheater and other stops along the way are utilized to teach standing yoga poses that will challenge and develop your strength, flexibility and balance.
