Quick Yoga Flow

Join us for a shortened version of the Bays Mountain Planetarium immersive yoga class. This class will be given in Bays Mountain’s one of a kind planetarium that has no equal. From dawn to dusk, the planetarium will simulate a day’s journey in 30 minutes while we do a quick vinyasa of Sun Salutations, Warrior series, and balance poses. We will conclude with a relaxing starry night sky for the remaining 10 minutes of the yoga class. The cost is $10.00 a person and class size is limited, so please sign up soon. Please also wear exercise clothing and bring your own mat and water with a sealable lid.
