Join in Bays Mountain’s yoga program by participating in a Yoga Hike. This hike features a 1.7-mile moderate hike along Lakeside Trail that will take approximately one hour, yoga included. The trail bridges are utilized to teach standing yoga poses while challenging your strength, flexibility and balance. No mat is required.
The hike will depart from behind the Nature Center at 11 a.m. Please arrive at least five minutes prior to start time. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that will enable you to hike and move freely. Please bring your own water.
The cost is $5 per person and all levels are welcome.
Registration is limited to 10 people and pre-registration is required.
This program is provided by the Bays Mountain Park Association. All proceeds benefit the Bays Mountain Park Association.
