High Ropes

The Hawks Nest is a 40 ft. two-tier Adventure Course featuring 4 Zones that allow participants to work together as a team to traverse obstacles on the course.

Participants will enter the course via a cargo net that ascends to the first zone. Zone 1 includes the “Complex X” which has both the foot cable and handline forming a horizontal X. Zone 2 includes the “Matrix” which is a series of vertical wooden beams that are used for support. Zone 3 is the “Team Traverse” which includes pulleys and several handing ropes that provide support for the group. Zone 4 is the “Lateral Limbo” which is a series of vertical wooden beams that are used for support.

The Hawks Nest is booked as a group only and must have a minimum of 10 with a maximum of 24 and requires a minimum age of 11. Please call the Nature Center at 423-229-9447 for more information.
