1. One DVD copy of “The Friendly Stars” in a keepcase.

2. One annotated printed script with presentation suggestions.

3. One audio CD-R with a demonstration of the entire show in front of a live audience of children.

4. A printed copyright and credits sheet for your reference files.

5. An instruction sheet with both general and technical information on how to operate the show.

6. This license agreement/registration form.

Performance rights to the program and included materials is granted for a period of 20 years. After such time the presentation of the program must cease or the license be renewed.

At their facility, the licensee may present “The Friendly Stars” in a planetarium, museum or classroom environment only. It may not be shown in whole or part through any other public media without the written permission of the producers.

Licensee may copy the materials to any format needed for the presentation of the show at their facility and may make any adjustment to the program needed for their version of the presentation.

License can not be transferred to another party nor can the original or any copies of any of the included materials be shared, sold, or given away. Copyright to the materials remains exclusive to the Bays Mountain Park Association.
