On Exhibit May 2008

Local artists are once again displaying their talents at Bays Mountain Park. Art on the Mountain will be on exhibit in the Discovery Theater inside the Nature Center during the entire month of May providing visitors a unique opportunity to view the works of many talented local artists.

Art on the Mountain also featured a juried art competition with prizes being awarded for “Best in Show,” First Place, Second Place, Third Place and “People’s Choice.”  Eligible media included watercolor, drawing, photography, computer art, mixed media, printmaking and oils/acrylics/oils pastels. 

Winners of this years show were announced at a reception on Saturday, May 3.
